Capacity
For fire safety reasons, the Hall can accommodate a maximum of 150 persons.
Free Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hall. However, because our data use is capped, the connection is password protected. Please ask the Hall Administrator for the password if you require an internet connection
Main Hall
The main hall is a large room that can be set out ‘theatre style’ or as tables of various sizes.
Both the bar and the kitchen are directly off the main hall, and provide service to this room if required.
Meeting Room
The meeting room contains a conference type table and, depending on seating configuration, will accommodate meetings of up to 14 people.
Kitchen
A modern, fully fitted professional-standard kitchen is available. If you wish to provide food for your meeting or celebration then the kitchen meets current food hygiene standards. We can provide details of reliable and cost-effective local caterers, or you may wish to employ your own.
Bar
The hall is licenced for the sale of beers, wines and spirits for consumption on the premises. If you wish to serve alcohol at your function we will be happy to discuss your requirements.
We can provide a ‘cash bar’ on request, for which there is no charge.
If you wish to provide wine for your event, then we are able to supply from a wide range at a competitive price. Alternatively, you can arrange this yourself. Please note, however, that it is a condition of our licence that all alcohol consumed on the premises is provided under our control. If you do wish to provide your own wine then it must be done with our prior written agreement. We charge a ‘corkage’ fee of £3 per bottle, and you will need to hire suitable glasses from your wine supplier.
Please note that our licence does not permit you to provide your own beer and spirits. These are only available at the bar.
Audio-Visual
Full audio/visual facilities are available, including high definition screen projection and surround sound.
Stage
For users wishing to host conferences, amateur dramatics or concerts we have a well equipped stage with lighting and curtains.
