For safety reasons, the maximum meeting/function size that the Hall can accommodate is 150 persons.

Hire Costs

Main Hall and Kitchen 
The standard charge for the main hall is £15 per hour, to include use of the kitchen for
preparation of tea/coffee/biscuits etc.
Use of the kitchen by external caterers, or for the preparation of hot food will incur
an additional fixed fee of £35.
Regular bookings (i.e. a booking for more than six sessions) will be charged at £10
per hour.

Weddings, Functions and Full Weekend Hire
The entire Hall (including the Meeting Room) is available for weekend functions (including weddings). A full weekend, giving exclusive use of the hall from 16.00 on Friday to 12.00 noon on Sunday, costs £350. This will allow ample time for you to set-up and prepare for your special day. If you require the hall for a shorter period at the weekend then the the normal hourly rate is also available.

Meeting Room
The small meeting room is available for a charge of £5 per hour.

Bar Service
There is no charge for provision of a bar.
However, it is a condition of our licence that all alcohol consumed on the premises
is provided under our control. If you wish to serve alcohol at your function we will be happy
to discuss your requirements and give you a competitive quote.
